Refund and Cancellation of Services:-
If in case we are not able to resolve the problem, a full refund will be issued by Ryma Technologies Pvt. Ltd. within 30 days of the subscription (or your credit card billing cycle). You are entitled to receive 100% of your money back in case we are unable to solve your computer related issues as promised.
If the problem reoccurs, feel free to call us with in next 7 days and our technicians will provide free technical support on the same computer with same issue.

24 x 7 Support
This is a premium support available to customers who have taken contracts from us and not valid on one time incident support.

Termination, Suspension or Modification of Services:-
Ryma Technologies Pvt. Ltd. holds the total right to Cancel, Suspend or can Modify the services if we determine that the user is using his/her computer system in an improper or illegal manner, providing indecent or obscene content, violating the rights of privacy or publicity, violating the civil rights of others, conducting actions that defame a third party or entity, are publishing hate or intolerant material, or are threatening or harassing others.

Disputes:-
If your issue is still not resolved, you can send us your complaint through e-mail at info@ryma.co . We will respond within 24 hrs of receiving your e-mail and schedule an appointment to resolve/trouble shoot the issue(s).

However you would have to send us a mail within the 7 days of the work done; otherwise you expressly relinquish any ability to dispute the quality of service and any related refusal to pay our service and/or related charges related to your complaint.
